Candidate and Sponsor (or a parent if sponsor is not available)

 

YES! Session Dates:

First YES! Session is Sunday October 15, 2023 ~ 9AM @ St. Peter

Enrollment Mass to follow at 11AM

Must Attend High School Retreat: September 16-17 @ Sugar Camp Elementary 4pm-4pm

Fill out and return Permission slip by September 13, 2023
