By submitting this form, I acknowledge that
1. I agree to the financial responsibility of sending my dependent with Northern Lakes Catholic Communities to Washington, D.C. for the March for Life.
2. I understand that if my dependent is unable to attend for any reason, except for serious illness or a death in our immediate family, I will bear the complete financial responsibility for expenses lost by Northern Lakes Catholic Communities, unless a replacement is found. I agree to pay any fees associated with replacing my dependent on the trip. I also understand that the commitment fee is nonrefundable for any reason.
3. I understand that youth are expected to participate in ALL efforts to raise financial support for the trip and parents are strongly encouraged to assist in these efforts.
4. I understand that each participant is expected to attend the youth meetings leading up to the trip.
