What is Following Christ?
Following Christ is the second of ChristLife’s three-part evangelization series which
also includes Discovering Christ and Sharing Christ. It’s a seven-week journey,
including a retreat, that creates a welcoming environment to explore ways to grow
as Catholic disciples of Jesus in daily life.
We recently completed Discovering Christ and will begin Following Christ on January
13, 2026.
Join us, whether or not you attended Discovering Christ. All are welcome – even if
you missed Discovering Christ.
The event is sponsored by all five parishes of the Northern Lakes Catholic
Communities (NLCC), including St. Albert, St. Kunegunda, St. Mary, St. Peter, and St. Theresa.
Each session begins with prayer, music, and song. Then, an engaging video
teaching how to live as a disciple of Jesus. After the teaching, we’ll encourage each
other and share how we’re applying what we learned in our everyday lives. Lastly,
each session will end with a practical challenge to grow as a disciple of Christ.
The course is from 6 PM till 8:00 PM on seven consecutive Tuesdays beginning on
January 13th and concluding on February 24th. The retreat is on Saturday,
February 14th.
Light snacks will be available. Transportation will be provided upon request. There
is no cost to attend the program.
Join us on a journey to follow Christ with your life!
