Please return ASAP (but no later than July 30).
Registrations should be placed in an envelope clearly marked: Northern Lakes Catholics Golf Outing and then returned to:

*Placed in the collection at Mass
*Mailed to: 5001 Highway G, Eagle River, WI 54521
Checks need to be made out to: St. Peter the Fisherman
