Registrations should be placed in an envelope clearly marked: Northern Lakes Catholics Golf Outing and then returned to:

*The Parish Office 

*Placed in the collection at Mass

*Mailed to: 5001 Highway G, Eagle River, WI  54521

Payment Information:

Checks are to be made to St. Peter the Fisherman.

Please be sure to indicate: Golf Outing-Youth in the memo line.
